R1 was improved through several changes to frame and suspension. A new sub frame was designed for the 2009 R1 which is magnesium cast in a carbon fiber mold. This new sub frame offers a superior strength to weight ratio, while helping keep mass closer to the center of gravity and subsequently gives the bike greater handling performance. Yamaha has released big part of their 2010 motorcycle lineup, including their unchanged MotoGP-derived YZF-R1 and a Limited Edition YZF-R1 Valentino Rossi replica. The new Yamaha YZF-R1 LE just like the YZF-M1 MotoGP bike, but has come in very limited numbers. The new 2010 Yamaha YZF-R1LE not only gives you much of Valentino Rossi’s championship technology, but also his championship look and style. The R1 is the first ever production motorcycle with a crossplane crankshaft. The Result? Outrageous torque and raw, high-rpm power providing incredibly smooth power delivery out of the corners. While the bold Fiat Yamaha team graphics provide incredibly smooth style.

Yamaha YZ125 and YZ250, the last of the Japanese 2-stroke motocross bikes. Yamaha YZ250 is 610 grams lighter at the front for improved maneuverability, with lighter weight at the rear, as well. A ProTaper aluminum handlebar, titanium footpegs, gripper seat, and Excel rims. The mixing of pre-mix oil and race gas, combusted and then expelled from the shorty exhaust canister of a 2-stroke motocrosser is the original testosterone perfume. The YZ250F has been designed for exceptional cornering. Perfectly balanced, a lightweight aluminium frame turns effortlessly on the approach to every bend. And, with more linear power delivery through the rev-range, the revised 4-stroke DOHC 5-valve engine lets you power out of the exit. The frame features high lateral and torsional rigidity, which Yamaha claims offers a stable feel and precise handling .With the help of Yamaha, GYT-R, FMF, Kenda, Cycra, Johnny Signs, TM Designworks and Yamalube this YZ’s focus was broadened to not only handle Motocross/Supercross but also the toughest trails you can throw at it.
